“Blindspot” series finale, 9 p.m., NBC. Jane Doe (and the world) have been teetering for two weeks. NBC scheduled the 100th and final episode for last Thursday, then delayed it a week. That left Jane — who has already lost her memories once — in a room with a ZIP bomb that saps all memories. The team has stopped the evil FBI chief, who promptly killed herself. But Ivy is still out there with more ZIPs. Remember when there were hardly any evil women on TV (or, maybe, in life)?
Baseball, opening, 7 and 10 p.m. ESPN. Yes, we really need baseball now — even in mostly empty stadiums and even when one team (the Toronto Bluejays) finds itself with no hometown and, really, no country. The first game has the World Series champion Washington Nationals hosting the Yankees; the second has the Dodgers hosting the Giants. The other teams start Friday.
“Lost Resort” debut, 10 p.m., TBS. “I feel normal now,” one man marvels. That’s unfamiliar turf for him. After drug and alcohol problems, he retreated home to co-start a restaurant, which is now closing; his family, he says, has never been inside. But compare that to one woman’s story of a parent who beat her and committed suicide, or a pastor who lost her baby and any chance to have another, or the mom and daughter, yelling at each other. Amid Costa Rican beauty, we see lives in tatters.
More reality. Thursdays seem are time for reality-show overload. That ranges from the wrenching “Lost Resort” to the goofiness of the splashdown “Cannonball” (8 p.m., USA) and of “Holey Moley” and “Don’t” (8 and 9 p.m., ABC). Then there’s “Killer Camp,” which tops all goofiness charts. Each episode, one camper is removed and a gory “death” is described. The opener had an explosion and a beheading; there’s more tonight, plus a mud slide and a freezing lake.
ALSO: “Sharkfest” has a fairly amiable debut: “Most Wanted Shark” simply shows us the creatures that are big on the internet. That’s at 10 p.m. on National Geographic, after a “When Sharks Attack” (9 p.m.) in Egypt. But you can also go for laughs. “Mom” has reruns at 9:01 (including some hilarious scenes with Rainn Wilson as Bonnie’s therapist) and 9:30. “Tacoma FD” starts the second half of its season at 10, with Wolf returning to lead the fire-station choir. A talk follow-up is at 10:30.
