ERIC ANDRE: LEGALIZE EVERYTHING (2020) Stream on Netflix. The provocative comedian and prankster Eric Andre, star of the Adult Swim series “The Eric Andre Show” and the upcoming comedy “Bad Trip,” debuts his first Netflix stand-up special. Taking the stage in New Orleans, Andre critiques the theme song for the recently canceled show “Cops”; looks back on his experiences with psychedelic drugs; and shares his thoughts on growing up “blewish,” as he calls himself, with a black father and a white, Jewish mother. In the special’s opening skit, Andre portrays a police officer offering drugs to people in the French Quarter. In a recent interview with The New York Times, the comic said he did not want to cut the bit, even if the country is grappling with police brutality. “If someone doesn’t get it, they don’t get it,” he said. “It’s the plight of the comedian.”

AMERICAN MASTERS — TONI MORRISON: THE PIECES I AM 8 p.m. on PBS; check local listings. Toni Morrison may no longer be with us — the author died last summer — yet her writing has resurfaced in recent weeks: Two of her novels, “Beloved” and “The Bluest Eye,” are currently on The Times’s Paperback Trade Fiction list. This new “American Masters” documentary reminds viewers of Morrison’s lasting legacy as a writer and a singular voice on being black in America. It revisits the aforementioned novels, as well as “Sula” and “Song of Solomon,” and explores how she broke ground throughout her career. The film features illuminating interviews with Morrison herself, and with figures like Hilton Als, Angela Davis and Fran Lebowitz.
DARK GIRLS 2 (2020) 10 p.m. on OWN. Directed by D. Channsin Berry, this documentary continues the conversation at the heart of the 2011 movie “Dark Girls”: Black women from around the world describe the discrimination they have faced because of the color of their skin. Some point to the troubling fact that many women internalize racial prejudice and try to lighten their skin because of it. The fifth season premiere of GREENLEAF airs at 9 p.m.
CELEBRITY SHOW-OFF 10 p.m. on TBS. Many people who are socially isolating have been churning out creative social media posts to fight boredom and stay engaged online. (Perhaps you even participated in a ridiculous challenge or two.) This new series invites that behavior, but for a good cause. Celebrities compete to create the most viral videos from their homes to raise funds for their charities. The longer they stay in the game, the more money goes to their cause. Viewers can watch the videos on TBS.com, and tune in Tuesday to find out which is deemed the most compelling. (Jason Mraz sings in a bizarre music video, while Kevin Smith stars in a skit about having to host his daughter’s obnoxious partner during quarantine.) Mayim Bialik, of “The Big Bang Theory,” hosts.
