CBS' 'The Neighborhood' also continues its strong recent run, and 'The Rachel Maddow Show' keeps its No. 1 spot on cable.

The top of Monday's ratings chart looks pretty similar to how it has the past few weeks: Fox's 911 was primetime's most watched show, ABC's The Bachelor led among adults 18-49 and The Rachel Maddow Show on MSNBC finished first among cable viewers. CBS' The Neighborhood also continued its recent run of above-average ratings.

The Bachelor was slightly off from last week's season highs, but its 1.4 rating among adults 18-49 still led primetime by a decent margin. The show averaged 5.47 million viewers over its two hours, its second-best tally of the season.

At Fox, 911 improved a little in both adults 18-49 (1.15, up from from 1.02 last week) and total viewers (6.86 million vs. 6.77 million). It ranked first in viewers in primetime. 911: Lone Star followed with a 0.93 in the 18-49 demo (also up week to week) and 5.59 million viewers.

The Neighborhood scored a 0.99 among adults 18-49 for CBS, a mere .01 off its season high two weeks ago. It also drew 6.06 million viewers, marking four straight episodes above the 6 million mark. Bob Hearts Abishola (0.8, 5.54 million) and Bull (0.49, 5.22 million) were above their season averages in both the 18-49 demo and total viewers, and All Rise (0.53, 4.05 million) beat its demo average.

Ellen's Game of Games (0.57 in 18-49, 3.04 million viewers) was fairly steady for NBC, but The Wall (0.46, 2.77 million) declined some. Black Lightning opened its final season on The CW with a 0.15 in the demo and 515,00 viewers, and All American (0.31, 804,000) improved on last week.

On cable, The Rachel Maddow Show claimed the top spot in total viewers with 3.56 million, although Fox News had a higher average viewership in primetime as a whole (2.91 million to 2.81 million for MSNBC). USA's WWE Monday Night Raw led the 18-49 chart on cable with a 0.49 average over its three hours. CNN topped the key news demo of adults 25-54 with a 0.4 rating.
