What do HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, Paramount+, and Disney+ have in common? Viewers are required to pay a fee for these streaming services that could range anywhere from $5 a month (such as on Paramount+ or Apple TV) to $70.00 a month (such as the Hulu with Live TV package). What if there was an alternative option to watch movies without paying for it?

Paramount+ announced that it was premiering its first episode of the TV series Halo on YouTube for free, but that isn't the only free content on YouTube. Not to be confused with YouTube TV which costs roughly $65 a month, YouTube's free movies and TV shows library include a few ads in-between the movie. While YouTube's library of free movies doesn't prize itself for showing the latest movies, there are a few movies still worth watching or re-watching.

10. 'The Accidental Husband' (2008)

Emma Lloyd (Uma Thurman) was an expert in finding love and knew when a relationship was likely to fall apart. On one of her radio shows, she suggested to Sophia (Justina Machado) that she should leave her fiancé. Sophia's fiancé, Patrick Sullivan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), heard the entire conversation over the radio.

So when Sophia calls off their wedding, Patrick developed an elaborate plan to ruin Emma's chance of marriage. His plan was that he wrote in the marriage certificate that he was Emma's husband. The Accidental Husband(2008) scored a 5.5 out of 10 on IMDB.

9. 'Blitz' (2011)

In Blitz (2011), Detective Tom Brant (Jason Statham) saw a staggering increase in the amounts of police officer deaths in London. After attending funeral after funeral, Tom searched for the serial killer responsible for the deaths. Assisting him with the search was Porter Nash (Paddy Considine) a sergeant that wasn't respected by the other officers.

Brant had a history of violence and often got into trouble which placed his job at risk. However, he was the last person who had any chance of finally stopping the serial killer. Blitz is a film for those fans who enjoy watching Statham in an action thriller. Blitz scored a 6.2 out of 10 on IMDB.

8. 'The Nanny Diaries' (2007)

In The Nanny Diaries (2007), Mrs. X (Laura Linney) hires Annie Braddock (Scarlett Johansson) as her son's nanny. Annie graduated with a degree in business, but she believed she didn't belong in the corporate world. Though she soon learned that being a nanny for a socialite in Manhattan was a completely new territory for her.

Although Grayer may seem like a handful for Annie, Annie was the only person that he was able to truly able to bond with in The Nanny Diaries. This movie may be one of the few movies outside the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where viewers can watch Johannson and Chris Evans share the screen together. The Nanny Diaries scored a 6.2 out of 10 on IMDB.

7. 'The Duff' (2015)

D.U.F.F. stood for Designated Ugly Fat Friend, and this, unfortunately, was the label that Bianca Piper (Mae Whitman) had. With her two best friends, she was viewed by others as the approachable one. Her next-door neighbor and friend, Wesley (Robbie Amell) agreed to help her lose the label and coach her on how to approach her crush.

The Duff(2015) has a similar premise as the typical 90s romantic comedies like She's All That (1999), where the popular boy in school helps a girl transform into a fashionable young lady. Unlike She's All That where the boy convinces the girl that she needs his help, Bianca reached out to him, and she established the terms of their agreement. The Duff scored a 6.5 out of 10 on IMDB.

6. 'Mystery Road' (2013)

In Australia, a young woman was murdered, and her body was discovered on the side of the road. Detective Jay Swan (Aaron Pedersen) appeared to be the only one concerned with finding her murderer and bringing them to justice.

Mystery Road captured its viewers with its suspenseful twists. The movie won the Film Critics Circle of Australia Awards in 2014, for "Best Film," "Best Director," and Pederson won "Best Actor" for his role in the movie. Mystery Road scored a 6.6 out of 10 on IMDB. The movie was later adapted into a TV series Mystery Road (2018).

5. 'Flawless' (2007)

In Flawless (2007), Hobbs (Michael Caine) was a janitor, and he cleaned the floors of the London Diamond Corporation for the last 16 years. He envisioned himself finally owning at least some of the diamonds that sat behind the secured vault. Hobbs teamed up with Laura (Demi Moore), a dedicated employee who was never acknowledged for her hard work.

For Hobbs and Laura, committing an inside job gave them an advantage over the typical criminal. Flawless is set in the 1960s, and still kept viewers on the edge of their seats as anything for two amateur thieves could go wrong. Flawless scored a 6.7 out of 10 on IMDB.

4. What About Bob? (1991)

Taking a vacation from work is difficult for some people as they are always worried something could go wrong. For Dr. Leo Marvin (Richard Dreyfuss), in What About Bob? (1991), his work followed him on his vacation. Dr. Leo Marvin was a psychotherapist and his patient was Bob Wiley (Bill Murray).

Bob Wiley suffered from a phobia where he feared leaving his apartment. Once he found the strength to leave his apartment and visited Dr. Marvin, he became attached to him. On the other hand, Dr. Marvin wanted to finally spend some time with his family and away from Bob. What About Bob? can be considered one of Murray's funniest films to date, while also invoking heavier topics into the mix. What About Bob? scored a 7.0 out of 10 on IMDB.

3. 'Train to Busan' (2016)

YouTube's list of movies includes an assortment of horror films, including the 2016 movie Train To Busan (Busanhaeng). Fund manager, Seok-Woo (Gong Woo), boarded a train with his daughter Soo-an (Kim Su-an) in Seoul to travel to Busan to visit Soo-an's mother. In the meantime, the rest of the city was infected with a zombie virus.

The train became a Petri dish for the disease as it didn't take too long for one of the passengers to become infected. Viewers may notice that the protagonist in Train to Busan is a father figure who began reflecting on his relationship with his daughter. Train to Busan scored a 7.6 out of 10 on IMDB.

2. 'The Illusionist' (2006)

Not all illusions, like optical illusions, are harmless. In The Illusionist (2006), Eisenheim (Edward Norton) performed on stages as an illusionist in 19th century Vienna. However, when he ran into his teenage love, Sophie von Teschen (Jessica Biel), who told him that she was about to marry Crown Prince Leopold (Rufus Sewell), Eisenheim used his magic to try and change Sophie's mind.

His magic was so powerful that he could use it to raise the dead. Viewers who enjoyed watching The Prestige (2006), about two magicians became enemies trying to outdo each other in their elaborative illusions might enjoy watching this movie. The Prestige and The Illusionist, highlighted how strong emotions can compel the characters to go to extreme lengths to get what they want. The Illusionist scored a 7.6 out of 10 on IMDB.

Most people believed that he wouldn't live as long, but Benjamin defied the odds.
