It’s nearly October, which means a horror movie binge is in order. To help you stock up on spooky films, a whole bunch of horror classics are coming soon in 4K. You can pick up movies like Army of Darkness, a Halloween collection, Night of the Living Dead, and more, all in brilliant, crisp 4K.
A whole lot of horror movies are being released in the 4K format in the coming weeks, so we thought we’d put together a list of some of the most exciting upcoming releases arriving in time for Halloween.
It's not the first cinematic take on the classic novel, not by a long shot. But it's a legit creepy and awesome film, directed by Francis Ford Coppola.

An '80s vampire classic gets a 4K release with this one about a regular teenager who's pretty sure a vampire has moved in next door.
Out October 18
The Return Of The Living Dead -Collector's Edition (4K UHD + Blu-ray)
No relation to the movie above, but this punk horror-comedy classic gets the 4K treatment as well.

Lost Highway - Criterion Collection (4K UHD)
Perhaps it's not traditionally considered a horror movie, but it has enough Lynchian nightmare imagery to qualify, if you ask me.

The Ring: Limited Edition Steelbook (Blu-ray)
It's Blu-ray and not 4K, but this awesome package is worthy of the list anyway. This is one the scariest-ever PG-13 movies, IMO, and it comes in an awesome VHS slipcase.
