2021-22 Season Ticket Information
- DePaul athletics has been cleared to welcome fans back to Wintrust Arena and there's never been a better time to be a basketball season ticket holder! Men's basketball season ticket holders are eligible to renew ticket packages for the 2021-22 season.
- Existing season ticket holders have received information on how to renew their seats for the upcoming season. Renewals may be made online at DePaulBlueDemons.com/Renew, by phone at (773) 325-7526, or by returning the hard copy invoice that was mailed. The renewal deadline is Thursday, Sept. 30.
- For this season, current DePaul season ticket holders will have the option to renew existing seat locations from the 2019-20 season and will not be required to go through a reseating process or pay a membership activation fee. Upon renewal, ticket holders will have the option to indicate a preference to be included in an optional seat upgrade process.
- To ensure a convenient return to Wintrust Arena, general season ticket pricing for the 2021-22 season will remain consistent with 2019-20 prices. Any credits/funds carried over from the 2020-21 gap season, will be applied to season ticket holder invoices, if applicable.
- Several seating changes, including the addition of a second row of courtside seating and the removal of row FL1 in sideline sections, are being made inside Wintrust Arena to enhance the gameday environment. Those affected by seating changes will be contacted directly by the DePaul Athletics Ticket Office. Club 1 and Club 2 will no longer require a multi-year seat lease. These seating areas will now be available for purchase and renewal on a year-to-year basis. Multi-year agreements are still available for those interested in locking in pricing.
- DePaul Athletics will introduce mobile ticketing for all DePaul Athletics home events, beginning with the 2021-22 season. This contactless option will add enhanced safety on gameday while ensuring quick entry into Wintrust Arena. More information about this enhancement will be made available to season ticket holders via email this fall.
- DePaul University Employees are eligible to save 20% off full season ticket prices in general seating areas and DePaul Graduates (Class of 2017-2021) are invited to save 50% in Lower-Level baseline seating.
- A payment plan option has been created, allowing for more flexibility to spread out payments. Those renewing online or by phone will have the option to enroll in a no-interest, 4-month payment plan. The first payment (25%) will be due upon renewal with the remaining payments automatically deducted from the debit/credit card provided on: Oct. 1 (25%), Nov. 1 (25%), and Dec. 1 (25%).
- The number one priority of DePaul Athletics has always been, and continues to be, the health and safety of our student-athletes and fans. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have worked diligently with public health officials to develop guidelines that will ensure a safe return to Wintrust Arena in accordance with federal, state, and local recommendations. As guidelines continue to change, more information about safety enhancements at Wintrust Arena will be made closer to the start of the season.
