St. Louis got to celebrate a Stanley Cup parade for the first time in franchise history last June. Saturday night, the city will host another big hockey event when four members of that championship Blues team take part in the NHL All-Star Game.
Goalie Jordan Binnington, defenseman Alex Pietrangelo, playoff MVP Ryan O'Reilly and forward David Perron all played key roles as the Blues went from last in the NHL in January to Stanley Cup champions. The first three were named by the NHL to the All-Star Game while Perron, having a career year with 49 points at the break, was voted in by fans after the initial appointments.

Three-on-three play has evolved in the NHL
Fast facts
The Pacific Division has played in the championship game all three years of the three-on-three format. It won in 2017 and 2019 and lost to the Metropolitan Division in 2018.
This is St. Louis' first All-Star Game since 1988. Hall of Famer Mario Lemieux had three goals and three assists in that game as the Wales Conference beat the Campbell Conference 6-5 in overtime.
There are St. Louis connections beyond the Blues players. Matthew and Brady Tkachuk are the sons of Keith Tkachuk, an All-Star who played 543 games with the Blues. Oshie, who was voted in by fans, began his career in St. Louis.
If the Tkachuks meet in the final, they would become just the fifth set of brothers in the last 40 years to face each other in an All-Star Game. The others: Daniel and Henrik Sedin in 2011; Derian and Kevin Hatcher in 1997; Brian and Joe Mullen in 1989; Brent and Brian Sutter in 1985.
