The NBC singing competition improves on its Tuesday debut last week and leads primetime among adults 18-49.

The top of Tuesday's Nielsen ratings chart for Tuesday looks very similar to how it did a week ago, with The Voice leading the key adults 18-49 demographic and NCIS gathering the largest total audience.

The Voice improved a little, drawing a 0.96 rating among adults 18-49 and 6.89 million viewers to NBC at 9 p.m., versus 0.93 and 6.35 million for its Tuesday debut last week. New Amsterdam (0.61, 4.23 million) also edged up and led the 10 o'clock hour in the demo.

NCIS equaled its 0.84 in adults 18-49 from a week ago and improved a bit in viewers to 9.77 million (from 9.6 million) on CBS. FBI (0.68 in 18-49, 7.66 million viewers) and FBI: Most Wanted (0.55, 6.14 million) rose in both measures.

ABC's To Tell the Truth grew in the 18-49 demo to 0.58 (from 0.52 last week) but fell by about 340,000 total viewers to 3.55 million. ABC News' Soul of a Nation averaged 1.38 million viewers following repeats of Black-ish and Mixed-ish.

The Flash (0.29 demo, 989,000 viewers) and Superman & Lois (0.28, 1.25 million) were both steady for The CW, as was The Resident (0.6, 3.46 million) on Fox.

Cable was also pretty much business as usual, with Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight (3.4 million viewers) beating out MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Show (3.12 million) for the most watched spot, and History's The Curse of Oak Island leading among adults 18-49 with 0.52 rating.
